We’re back with our Come We Play EP, released through Cherry Red Records. The project reunites us with reggae MC Natty Campbell, known for his work with Chase & Status and Dub Pistols.
The EP draws on Afro-dancehall influences, built around our trademark brass riffs and dancefloor-ready grooves. Standout cuts include the jungle-infused “Dapper Dapper” and the reggae roller “Bubble and Whine (Count Bassy Mix)”.
The title track started with Sam waking up with the horn line in his head and recording it on his phone. The full EP was recorded in Amsterdam at The Lullabye Factory.
