“Freedom Fighters” is the latest collaboration between Ireland’s up and coming reggae artist, DMac Burns and the UK’s multiplatinum brass powerhouse, Sam And The Womp.

In addition, the song features Dub Fiets, a brand new Amsterdam-based horn section including Chris Del Camino of U.S. reggae staple, Hirie, along with Jonathan Brittain of multi-genre, world-touring, Caravãna Sun.

The tune is a progressive reggae anthem. Rooted in a one drop style the song asks, who are the “freedom fighters” holding the world together through peace and love in these dark dystopian times?

It is a song of hope, as it ultimately suggests that we all can be the freedom fighters once we tap into the unifying force of love that connects us all.
